Telefonica’s response to product like What’s app.The new era of OTT communication apps (what’s app, viber, tango, skype, etc…) supposed a big threat to the old school telephony companies.
TU Me was the Telefonica’s first attempt to offer a free viable alternative.
The product also worked as the test bed for new technologies such as group chat, video call and OTT telephony.

The project

I worked on TU ME as the only designer for the first few months, as the project gain momentum I became the Design lead for the product.

I became liaison between a design agency called Albion and Telefonica.

Together with the product owner we defined the key user journeys, key screens and main product functionalities.
